Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused

• Items must be in original condition

• Items must be in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Custom Items

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

This includes:

• Customized apparel

• Personalized mugs

• Special order merchandise

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at goe@themarch.shop

Include:

• Order number

• Photos of the item

• Description of the issue

Sale items, clearance items, and custom merchandise are final sale.
